St.Catharines Alumni Hockey League (CYO)

Welcome to the home of Niagara’s Premier Men League Hockey Experience, the St.Catharine’s Alumni Hockey League.

Every year starting in October, athletes who have outgrown the ranks of Junior Hockey, lace them up on Sunday nights between 6 PM and 10 PM to compete against the ghost of the player they once were.

Our league is open to players 19 + and generally you are part of an existing team as most teams are returning teams and we are NOT a draft league.

We have seen steady growth since our humble beginnings as a 6 team (1) division league in 2006 and can proudly boast that our league has grown to over 20 teams and multiple divisions to accommodate for the different skill levels and age ranges of Adult players.

While we are a fairly competitive league overall , our main desire is to provide a safe and enjoyable Sunday skate for the overage try hard in you.
